“The Blind Date Collection” is a super-cute set of six novellas centering on characters who meet on blind dates.

Written by six different authors, it’s a 50-50 split between contemporary and historical fiction.

Like most collections, there were some tales I preferred to others, but overall, the collection was quite enjoyable to read.

Each story was distinct, with its own voice and well-constructed plot.

The characters were fun and easy to tell apart — no flat personalities to be found here!

I personally was drawn to the historical stories most, but that is my wheelhouse, so no surprise there.

This collection of stories is perfect for those want to read something, but do not have time to invest in a full-blown novel.

Collections such as this also are a great way to discover new authors.

I definitely will be on the lookout for more works from this publisher — and these authors — in in the future
