WINFIELD — The Cowley County facilities managers group will meet Sept. 27 in Winfield for a luncheon and presentation by Cheri Hulse, of Agora Architecture.

The presentation is entitled “Facility Audits: When You Need One and What to Expect.”

Area employers are invited to send their facility managers to this free presentation and luncheon, sponsored by Agora, for the opportunity to network with others employed in the same field of work.

The luncheon is an effort by Cowley First, the Cowley County Economic Development Partnership, and Mahaney Roofing to grow a facility managers network in Cowley County by providing support to local facilities managers and planners, as well as maintenance technicians.

The Cowley County Facilities Management Network gathers during lunch on a quarterly basis and invites speakers to present a topic that aligns with one of the 11 core competencies of facilities management.

A RSVP is required by noon today to attend and should be directed to Deb Firebaugh at Cowley First via email at or by calling (620) 221-9951 or (620) 442-3094.
