The Cowley County Humane Society will have a Halloween-themed adoption event lasting through the weekend.

This “howl-o-ween” special drops the price of adoption to $0 for anyone wearing a costume.

People also can contribute to the Humane Society this season by enjoying the “Labyrinth of Terror,” a family-run source of Halloween fun.

Tickets are $12, a portion of which will go to the Humane Society. The Labryinth of Terror will be open from 7 to 11 p.m. Oct. 28 and Oct. 29.

The event is located at Building 10 at the Winfield Fairgrounds. For more information, visit
