Kristi Ann Hunter quickly has climbed her way to the top of my “auto-buy” author list and firmly cemented her place on it with her latest release.
An Inconvenient Beauty, the fourth novel in the Regency-era Hawthorne House series, was an absolute delight to read.
Isabella and Griffith have a wonderful chemistry that is a delight to read. I also really enjoyed the friendship between Isabella and Frederica.
There was a good message woven into the book that reminds us that our plans and God’s plans are not always one and the same.
Hunter has done a wonderful job of putting in scenes for longtime readers, some of which feature characters from her previous novels.
She has such a masterful way of creating characters for whom readers will root.
I have heard this is the final novel in the series and it was a delightful conclusion to an excellent saga.
Be sure to check out the Hawthorne House series.
