Kimberly Ann (Brown) Ebert, 49, went home to be with her Lord on Sept. 15, 2016, after a courageous fight against cancer.

A celebration of Kim’s life will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Riverlawn Christian Church, 4243 Meridian Ave., in Wichita.

Kim was born and raised in Arkansas City, the daughter of Gary and Earline Brown.

She married Troy Ebert in 1985 and together, they raised four amazing sons — Justin, Andrew, Curtis and Kelsey Ebert.

In 2008, Kim moved to Wichita and began working for Trust Company of Kansas as a marketing officer.

She loved her work and co-workers, as well as her friends and family.

In her spare time, Kim enjoyed many different types of art and projects, but most of all spending time with her sons, their families and her grandchildren.

Her faith in God and love for Jesus is what sustained her during life and her battle with cancer.

Kim is survived by her parents, Gary and Earline Brown, of Tucson, Ariz.; sister, Debbie Kupsch, and husband, Mike, of Kansas City, Kan.; brothers, Jeff Brown, and wife, Julie, of Salem, Ore., and Chris Brown, and wife, Sarah, of Orlando, Fla.; children, Justin Ebert and Amanda Hagerman, Curtis Ebert and Camillia Fearmonti, and Kelsey Ebert and Morgan Swisher, all of Pittsburg, and Andrew Ebert and wife, Jackie, of Park City; and grandchildren, Daxton Ebert and Summer Ebert, of Pittsburg, and Jack and Fisher Ebert, of Park City.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Cherie Brown.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Riverlawn Christian Church, 4243 N. Meridian Ave., Wichita, KS 67204.

Arrangements are under the direction of Cochran Mortuary and Crematory, Wichita.
