  • Deputies were dispatched to the 12000 block of Cedar Street for a report of an intoxicated person leaving the area in a maroon Ford Explorer. The vehicle was not located in the area.
  • Deputies stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of Millington Street in Winfield for a traffic violation. The driver, Benjamin David Jarvis, 21, of Arkansas City, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a canceled or suspended driver’s license and on a Udall Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to and booked into the Cowley County Jail on that charge and warrant.
