  • Deputies were dispatched to the 3000 block of North Eighth Street for a report of someone trying to kick in the caller’s back door. The caller then said he could hear two voices and another bang near the garage. The caller requested extra patrol.
  • Deputies were dispatched to the 6000 block of First Road for a report of suspicious activity regarding a male in a white ’90s-model Dodge single-cab truck who was taking a picture of the caller’s property.
  • Deputies transported a prisoner, Allison Lee Paton, 38, of Arkansas City, from the Cowley County Jail to the Topeka Correctional Facility to serve her sentences in two Cowley County District Court cases.
  • Deputies assisted a motorist in the 21000 block of U.S. 77.
  • Deputies assisted a motorist in the 1000 block of 62nd Road.
  • Deputies were dispatched to the 27000 block of 115th Road for a report of a hit-and-run accident resulting in damage to a fence.
  • Deputies were dispatched to the area of 22nd Road and 41st Road for a report of a horse out on a wheat field.
  • Deputies went to the 800 block of South First Street to serve an order of protection from abuse.

  • Deputies assisted a motorist in the 5000 block of U.S. 77. The driver was given a ride and the vehicle was to be picked up later.
